1. Introduction
These Sales Conditions govern the sale of travel packages, including excursions and circuits throughout Morocco, by Digital Voyages (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a tour or package with us, you (“the client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these conditions.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Reservation
- Bookings can be made through our website, by email, phone, or in person at our office.
- A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment (as specified in the tour details) and our written confirmation.
2.2 Client Information
- You must provide accurate and complete information for all participants, including full names as they appear on passports, passport numbers, and any special requirements.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Tour Prices
- All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
3.2 Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3 Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour departure date.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
3.4 Payment Methods
- We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or cash (for in-person bookings only).
- Any bank fees or charges must be covered by the client.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations must be made in writing to contact@digitalvoyages.ma.
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
4.2 Cancellation by Digital Voyages
- We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including insufficient participants or force majeure events.
- In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us for the tour.
- We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- No refunds will be given for unused tour services or voluntary changes made by the client during the tour.
5. Changes to Bookings
5.1 Changes by the Client
- Any changes requested by the client after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A change fee of MAD 500 per person will apply to all modifications.
5.2 Changes by Digital Voyages
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries when necessary.
- If we make a significant change, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change, taking an alternative tour, or receiving a full refund.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of baggage.
- Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices and is the responsibility of the client.
7. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and meet all health requirements for traveling to Morocco.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documents or failure to comply with health requirements.
8. Liability and Responsibility
8.1 Our Responsibility
- We will provide the services outlined in the tour itinerary with reasonable skill and care.
- We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by third-party providers of accommodations, transportation, or other services.
8.2 Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of tours due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, and adverse weather conditions.
8.3 Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for respecting local customs, laws, and regulations.
- We reserve the right to terminate a client’s participation in a tour if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the enjoyment of other participants.
9. Complaints
- Any complaints must be reported immediately to our local representative or tour leader to allow for resolution on the spot.
- If the issue cannot be resolved locally, a written complaint must be submitted to us within 14 days of the end of the tour.
10. Privacy
- We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Sales Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
- Any disputes arising from these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
